There are radiolucent lines parallel to the physes within the metaphyses of the distal radius and ulna bilaterally. Also in the proximal tibias and distal femurs. These changes are compatible with hyperthrophic osteodystrophy.
There are areas of possible increased opacity in some of the diaphyses, which can be due to panosteitis.
The left hip is slightly subluxated. Poor dog, must be very painful 🙁

I agree with my colleague, that changes that appeared in distal parts of dog’s limbs could represent HOD but what about proximal metaphysis of tibia bone?Is it possible its is HOD?I haven’t heard such case, or maybe it is very rare. Swelling of carpal joit is obvious. What do You think about lateral femoral condyll in both legs? I my opinion it is flattened on both legs. That indicates OCD.

I see what vet81 means, and I agree

I’ve seen HOD in multiple long bones including the tibia. The distal portions of the ribs are another spot it can show up (none included in this case). This dog has a laundry list of developmental orthopedic disease, doesn’t he?? Any others you would check for?
