LEFT ELBOW There is a small osteophyte of the medial coronoid process with periosteal reaction along the medial aspect of the proximal ulna.
RIGHT ELBOW The anconeal process is un-united. There is a medium-sized osteophyte of the medial coronoid process. There is remodeling and osteophyte production involving both epicondyles. There is a focal area of increased density of the proximal ulna.
