The abdomen is markedly distended with poor detail caused by organomegaly. There are two soft tissue tubular masses in the caudal abdomen along the lateral margins. The small bowel loops are displaced cranially and medially. Within the thorax there are no abnormalities seen.
The two elongated soft tissue masses visible in the abdomen are suggestive of pyometra. An abdominal ultrasound and surgery is recommended if clinically indicated.
