There is severe diffuse bronchial pattern with peribronchial and interstitial infiltrates throughout the lungs. No lymphadenopathy is visible. The cardiovascular structures appear normal, and there are no abnormalities in the mediastinum or pleural space.
Severe bronchial pattern. Differentials for this include eosinophilic bronchopneumonopathy, which can be idiopathic or secondary to parasites. Inhaled toxins are less likely.
