Today’s case is a 5-year-old female neutered Kelpie with decreased appetite and hypercalcemia. What is your interpretation?
Thorax: The cardiovascular structures are normal in size and shape. No abnormalities are seen within the pulmonary parenchyma. The mediastinum is widened on the v/d projection and is wider than the vertebral column. On the lateral projection, there is a mass visible in the cranial mediastinum with mild dorsal displacement of the trachea. The pleural space and musculoskeletal structures are normal.
