11 year old DSH cat

Findings

The liver is mildly enlarged, extending beyond the costal arch. The kidneys are enlarged with multifocal mineralization. The small intestine is mildly distended. On the ventrodorsal projection, there is a round, soft tissue opacity nodule between the craniolateral margin of the left kidney and the spleen. The bladder is large. A catheter is present in the left pelvic limb.
