Thorax: The cardiovascular structures are normal in size and shape. There are multiple variably sized soft tissue opacity nodules throughout the lungs. The largest is present in the left caudal lung lobe. No abnormalities are identified in the pleural space and mediastinum.
Pelvis: There is increased soft tissue opacity in the region of the prostate gland with multifocal mineralization. The colon is deviated dorsally, and there is sclerosis and periosteal reaction on the L7 vertebra. There is irregular new bone production arising from the left ilium with an associated soft tissue mass. There is ventral deviation of the rectum caudal to the ilium on the lateral projection secondary to the mass.
Prostatic carcinoma with metastasis to the spine, pelvis, and lungs
