There is radiolucency, collapse, and kyphosis associated with the T1 and T2 vertebral bodies. The ventral border of the L5 vertebral body is mildly asymmetric, and the caudal physis is widened and irregular. No abnormalities are noted in the remainder of the spine.
Subluxation at T1-2 with vertebral collapse. Physeal displacement and vertebral body sclerosis at L5.
An MRI was performed, revealing severe spinal cord compression at T1-2. The findings at L5 were confirmed; however, no spinal cord compression was present.
